Integrated promotional campaigns for centre events

(example: the National Seminar on Śakti Worship in India)

Challenge

1. to create a collection of print, online and outdoor promotional materials (graphic design and copywriting) to attract participants from all over the world

2. to build a standard communication template for promoting upcoming seminars, workshops, and courses at the centre for strengthening the brand identity

3. to elevate the centre’s brand awareness among target scholars, students and stakeholders

In order to disseminate knowledge through multi-disciplinary platforms, the centre regularly organizes a series of events on a variety of topics evolving around the vast Indian knowledge systems that are either rarely known or seen as outdated. My idea “revitalizing the ancient wisdom” sparkled as I infused the renewing energy while preserving the ancient Indian heritage that is beneficial to the advancement of modern living.

I created a unified template that can be utilized for all integrated campaigns by using a unique font combination and complimentary cool and warm colors. The template strikes the perfect balance between the mind and the heart to convey eternal wisdom for the present. Despite the scarcity of visual resources, a strong visual impact was sought with the carefully chosen main visual, and copywriting effectively conveyed the scholarly concepts in a clear, understandable manner.

The campaign drew 120 resource persons and participants to the captioned seminar.
