Hello, I’m Yu Shuk Yin. You can also call me Atindra.
Chinese. Born in Hong Kong. Currently living in India and Hong Kong.
I love my life journey – everything happens for a reason, but I can only grasp the bigger picture later on. This is the story of how I started living my talents as an intuitive designer.
Since I was young, art has always been my love but I had no idea how I could make it into my career. The society where I grew up in did not support art very much. Due to practical considerations, I studied Journalism and Mass Communications at university, and worked in Advertising and Marketing Communications industry after graduation. My choice seemed to make sense and ensure security.
I could not complain about my life: good jobs (with fast promotions), good income, good friends and family. Others admired me, but I felt unexplainably empty and lost inside. The intensity of my internal struggle built up over the following years. The desperate feeling day and night, ultimately, drove me to a big change: I quitted my job, packed my bags and started traveling alone.
The first destination was … India. To my mind’s surprise! For one whole year, there was a small inner voice whispering to me, “Go to India.” In the end, I had to answer it, “Nothing in my life works. Alright, let me trust this voice now and see what will happen.”
I only had a wish: I wanted to be happy. How?
I had no idea that my prayer was soon answered in a very interesting way …

I'm Atindra (Atīndra in Sanskrit), a spiritual name bestowed by my guru Amma. It means "the one who is beyond all senses". I think it's very beautiful, don't you?
Ever since I was a little kid, I've been obsessed with drawing and painting. After studying mass communications and art and working in advertising, marketing, and branding, I've got the skills and experience to create some killer designs from the mind.
But I realized something was missing, and I embarked on a transformative journey to discover it. As I traveled the world, I delved deep into spirituality and profound healing. It was during this quest that I unlocked the power of intuition, heart's feelings, and body intelligence — a mystical connection that now ignites my creative endeavors. Infused with the alchemy of feelings and higher consciousness, my designs transcend the ordinary, springing to life with an enchanting blend of magic and transformation.
I’m all about the union of Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine. For me, best creativity emerges from the perfect blend of intuition and logic, emotion and reason, being and doing. As a nature lover, I'm constantly inspired by the beauty of the world around us and its delicate balance.
